If you’re looking to rent a property, you want peace of mind. We vet our landlords as thoroughly as we vet our tenants, making sure that they have understood and met their legal obligations to provide you with a safe and comfortable home.
When you move in you’ll be given an information pack with all the information you need and we’ll make sure you understand your responsibilities as a tenant as well as your landlord’s. That includes making sure that you have a legally binding tenancy agreement in place that reflects what’s been agreed.
Rent and Deposit Protection

We will carry out appropriate checks before you take possession of the property and make sure that the Deposit Protection Scheme has been complied with.
