Regular repairs and maintenance are required on all guaranteed rental properties during the length of tenancies. We will take care of organising repairs and maintenance on your behalf. We will have professional and reliable contractors to carry out any necessary work on your property.
Gas Safety

To insure all your gas supplies are working correctly and there are no leaks, before the tenant moves in a gas safety check will be done and the landlord will receive a gas safety certificate.
Leaks and Blockages
​
Any problems with leaks or blockages give us a call and we will get someone out as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
Heating and Water
​
If your boiler breaks you can ring us and we will send a contractor out as soon as possible to do the necessary repairs.
Block Management
​
Dealing with a large block of flats and apartments can be a lot of hard work, we will take care of everything from finding tenants to maintaining your property, so you can simply sit back and collect the rent.
Property Inspections
​
Your property will be inspected every 6 months to make sure you are sticking to the tenancy agreement. Any issues will be reported and dealt with in the correct manner.
